Ground Up Woodworking really did begin from the ground up.
What began as borrowing tools to do simple woodworking projects to occupy our weekends, quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. We truly love building custom creations from the minds of our clients - making their dreams a reality.
We had been hooked on the unique beauty of epoxy resin mixed with the natural beauty of wood, for years prior to actually attempting epoxy work ourselves. The old saying "practice makes perfect" never rang so true! We are proud to say that all of our practice has finally paid off and we are now able to provide our clients with "perfect" handmade products that are sure to "wow"!
Each product is handmade right in our little Norwich, Ontario shop - and custom orders are always welcomed! Being conscious of our environmental footprint means we only use locally and responsibly sourced wood, along with the highest grade epoxy. We're a small operation that takes pride in what we do, and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee!
